ME

Hello, my name is Michael Lund and I am from the mountains of Montana. Blessed to be born and raised on the golden wheat fields and the high reaching snow-capped mountains of Montana, I have thoroughly enjoyed what God created when He made this vast planet full of adventures to live and battles to fight. It's a Beautiful and Dangerous Life.

I love to help people experience life to the fullest. I believe life is a journey full of adventures and battles in God's amazing creation. To get the most out of the time on earth that God has given a person they must be Strong of Heart, Strong of Soul, Strong of Mind, & Strong of Body. I have dedicated my life to helping people experience their journey through this life, fully alive, with a strength, and confidence, that is developed through training their Heart, Soul, Mind and Body.

Life can be a lot fun to live when you are strong and confident, charging off into each day ready to accomplish the goals that are set before you. That's the exciting part of life that is full of high flying adventures and exhilarating victories. Life can also be a brutal battle where every step you take is a fight and an all out total assault on who you are and what you are trying to be. That is the world in which we live and experience our days. Its a mixture of Life and Death, Blessings and Curses. In order to handle the variety of challenges that you will face you want to be prepared for what life will throw at you. You will be much better off at handling life when you are strong and confident because you are developing to the fullest potential your God-given strengths and abilities.

I started training because I love the process of helping people achieve the fullest of who they are. As a personal trainer I have been blessed to be invited into the lives of many people and to make an impact on their health and wholeness so that they are living stronger and more courageous life stories. All you have to do in life is decide what to do with the time you are given and there is a lot of life out there waiting to be experienced. Every time we have a training session I feel as though I am a painter, or a musician, and I get the opportunity to add a few brush strokes to the painting of someones masterpiece, or a few musical notes to the score of someones symphony. It's a great honor to be trusted to help someone with their life. You are living your life and telling your own story. When I am given the opportunity to share life with someone by helping to strengthen them, through training, I am getting to share in what that person is crafting their life story to be. I am thankful for the opportunity, to help people write and create strong, healthy, and whole stories of their lives. Live a Strong Story.
